Job Description
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Operational Support & Coordination
Complete and handle emergency parts orders, including price review, delivery scheduling, release, and planning activities.
Collaborate with the operations team to schedule work and ensure material sourcing aligns with customer promise dates.
Accurately detail processes from quoting, purchasing, to final documentation, ensuring adherence to Quality Management System standards.
Perform basic inventory transactions, including physical inventory processing, as needed.
Supply Chain Activity
Handle basic purchasing and planning tasks using AXIOM and Oracle systems.
Enter purchase orders and handle transactional communications with suppliers.
Apply MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) guidelines and practices in handling customer orders and requests.
Complete import and export compliance documentation.
Customer Service
Facilitate communication of technical questions between customers, valve technicians, Emerson engineering resources, and other collaborators.

For This Role, You Will Need:
A basic education diploma is required.
An associate degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration) is helpful.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry-related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity or experience with Fisher and Final Control products is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Proven track record to quickly learn and navigate proprietary systems.
Ability to prioritize important demands efficiently.
Willingness to provide support outside normal working hours when vital.
Confirmed skills in data extraction, manipulation, and presentation.
Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Prioritize tasks and balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Technical Knowledge Requirements:
Experience with Emerson Flow Controls in a Buyer/Planner or CODT/CDDT role is highly preferred.
