Sr. Technical Project Manager - (LOCATION: Buenos Aires, Argentina OR Mexico City, Mexico - Hybrid Role)

In this role, we are seeking an experienced Sr Technical Project Manager (8+Years) for managing and execution of portfolio of projects in a rapid agile based environment, primarily in the areas of analytics and software development. The candidate will be involved in overall technical delivery management and working with the client Delivery lead.

  • Product Development Background, Delivery Management & Execution (Analytics Projects in Agile Environment)
  • Technical Project Management & Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Business and IT stake holder management

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in Analytics and IT enabled projects with Technical Background to drive technical projects with Product development project Management
  • Management / delivery management roles with hands-on execution responsibilities.
  • At least 2-3 full cycle implementation experience in software development and analytics-based projects. Experience in the Biopharma, Life Science, or Healthcare sector will be an added advantage
  • The role requires extensive interface both with the core team across multiple tracks and business stake holders.
  • The person must have hands on Technical Project Management and delivery management experience, in an agile environment, and will be a key interface between the business stake holders and the analytics development team(s).
  • Additional responsibilities include - requirements gathering, project initiation, review architecture, oversight and support testing and quality assurance, project(s) governance, tracking and control.
  • Ability to initiate, track and manage projects across multiple tracks in a fast-paced agile based rapid development environment. Familiarity with tools – Jeera, Confluence.
  • Must have worked in software application development and analytics-based projects in Oracle based project (like Apex, Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle database, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JQUERY and AJAX)
  • Strong business analysis skills blended with broad understanding Software Development based projects using next generation tools and technologies (Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle database, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JQUERY and AJAX).
  • Strong collaboration and communications skills and ability to oversight multiple projects across various tracks is critical.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to explore and fully understand the project portfolio & charter, business requirements.
  • Work with team and independently. This is not a slow-moving waterfall methodology but a fast and agile environment with rapid deliverables.
  • Good understanding of Software Quality Assurance (QA) and the entire software / analytics application test cycle (planning, script development, testing, resolution, tracking).

  • Candidates with some experience in People Management are required for Sr TPM role.
  • Candidates with experience in SQL, Oracle, or any other Microsoft technologies, i.e-Power BI etc will be preferred
  • Must have experience working on development projects, SDLC, Scrum Methodologies, Agile Methodologies etc.
  • Delivery Management & Execution with Product Development background
  • Project Management, Business Analysis
  • Experience in full stack development in cloud environment.
  • Some experience in software development tools and programming languages e.g. Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle database, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JQUERY and AJAXTools – Jeera, Confluence, MS Project
  • Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Team player - Must work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Conceptualize, develop and present to multiple stake holders
  • Pharmaceutical Industry & Healthcare Industry
