As a Logistics Operations Support, you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and track ocean and air shipments, ensuring timely updates on their status and location.
  • Provide customer service, responding to inquiries related to shipment status and other logistics concerns.
  • Managed accurate data entry for shipment details and customer information.
  • Offered helpdesk support, addressing customer issues and providing solutions to ensure smooth transportation processes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Studies: A high school diploma is required. Studies in Administration, International Business, Finance, Accounting, or any other related fields are desirable but not required. Other fields of study could also be considered.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in bilingual customer service, back office, operations, logistics, shipment tracking, or a related field. Experience in logistics and track-and-trace functions is preferred, and experience in intermodal and drayage positions is considered a plus.
  • Language: Good English skills. B2 or higher is preferred.

Perks:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
  • Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
  • Location: This position is 100% remote, available only to candidates located in Colombia, preferably in Medellín.
  • Salary: $ 2.500.000 COP + Night Surcharges ($ 153.800 COP approx.)
