Job description

The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing Bring IT training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at all levels within the organization. This role involves assessing training needs, developing curriculum, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure alignment with the Bring IT strategic goals.


The Learning and Development Manager will conduct daily business interactions and maintain constant alignment with Bring IT mission, culture, and core values. Encourages others to amplify their continuous growth and development. Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment in the absence of specific direction from management.  Build rapport and expand relationships with all team members both internally and externally. Stays informed on Bring IT products and services to provide the right recommendations to the right members at the right time. 


Responsibilities:


  • Designs and builds content for a comprehensive training program to enhance employees' skills and knowledge, fostering their continuous growth and development.
  • Ensures training programs are current, relevant, and engaging. Incorporates feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content.
  • Partners with department heads to develop and monitor onboarding plans for managers and above.
  • Designs and conducts leadership training for the organization.
  • Tracks and analyzes training outcomes to measure program success and ROI.
  • Maintains accurate training records and documentation.
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations,.
  • Designs management training for new managers.
  • Oversees the organizations platform.  Assigns, reports and makes recommendations on related training.
  • Partners with department heads to identify individual and departmental training needs.
  • Conducts training sessions using diverse methods including classroom instruction, e-learning, role-playing, simulations, etc. Collaborates with external vendors and consultants for specialized training programs when necessary.
  • Designs and conducts soft skills training, and leadership training for high potential leaders, and oversees the Mentorship Program.



Skills Required:


  • 5-10 years of experience or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager or similar role in a Professional Services consulting firm, or SaaS Technology.
  • Experience designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Continuous knowledge of Professional Services.
  • Comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and change.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
