, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer - HRSD to support
ATS and our government.
This is a remote opportunity. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the team and our clients in the delivery model and supporting ServiceNow initiatives focused on business modernization of the product and its sub-modules.
- Design and Delivery effective business and operating models, ITIL capabilities enabling enterprise HR Service Delivery, ITBM, ITSM, and ITOM implementations.
- Improve customer experience by delivering a cohesive and effective set of solutions through a clear strategy and data-driven delivery model.
- Proactively learning new concepts and technologies in the event analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Be comfortable interacting with senior management, which involves influencing significant matters along with a consistent team-focused message on direction.
- Ability to drive and lead conversations regarding overall objectives with both current and future goals and technologies.
- A true thought leader willing to both learn, implement, and educate clients on design and changes needed to move forward and expand current ServiceNow ecosystems.
- Forward thinking individual that has a balance of practical hands-on technical experience but is also capable of accurately and convincingly championing organization changing ServiceNow deliverables.
- Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow in a variety of areas including, but not limited to Service Portal, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Release/SDLC, Configuration Management (CMDB), Discovery, Project, Reporting, and SLAs.
- Identify, create, and execute test cases for ServiceNow and other software platforms including the creation of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand, and document business and technical requirements.
- Design and develop / configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using SCRUM / Agile methodologies.
- Participate in and support ServiceNow version upgrades.
- Offer technical solutions to address requirements, evaluate alternate solutions, and perform analysis to determine technical courses of action.
- Assist and perform quality assurance driving the design, creation, testing, and delivery of technical functionality individually and with the broader team.
- Create technical architecture, design, and user guide documentation.
- Excellent understanding of the Agile software testing process and lifecycle, from smoke test to integration to production deployment.
- Work with end users, stakeholders, and management to define and create reports, dashboards, and data analysis products.
- Contribute to the development of IT related, technical processes reviews, postmortems, and continual process improvement.
- Create estimations on the effort required to produce ServiceNow functionality.
- Assist with identifying, building, and executing strategic and tactical ServiceNow capabilities focused on ITBM, ITOM, and ITSM running technology as a business model circled around planning, development, capability design, continuous improvements, communication plans, project quality and investment prioritization for a large enterprise operation.
- Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings.
- May be required to demo builds to customers.
- Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team.
- Must be able to work across multiple operational and technical disciplines enabling organizational growth, innovation, and effectiveness.
- Assist with defining and creating future visions and identified areas of opportunity, thus delivering value across people, processes, technology, and information.
- Evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand format.
- Assist with and/or drive key client deliverables, while ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Seek innovative and creative solutions to complex technical/business problems within a logical, rigorous, and analytical framework.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions by asking the right questions and digging for the answers.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and work products/prototypes.
- Identify where improvements and pain-points lie and develop a strategy focused on inserting the correct and maintainable technologies.
- Scan internal and external environments to identify areas of opportunity development through analysis and inquisitive conversations with subject matter experts.
- Delivery technical projects through the agile teams, methodologies, iterative design, and tools
- Assist with ServiceNow portfolio of high-value opportunities with tactical delivery through alignment of vision, mission, goals and objectives.
- Assist with user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of customer needs and requirements.
- Work in a Scrum-based, Agile development process that is light on documentation and meetings and heavy on coding.
- Can identify, understand, document, and create functionality aligning with customer value streams.
- Can produce level of estimates and basic deployment plans for ServiceNow functionality.
- Strong organization and time management skills while working in a rapid software development environment.
- Must be able to identify and learn new technologies quickly.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Develop across the full stack of Web technologies - Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, React, HTML and CSS
- Configure the Application UI and workflows.
- 3+ years developing/administrative/implementation experience on the ServiceNow platform ITSM/ITOM/ITBM/SecOps solutions (any or all) in an enterprise environment.
- Require Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) Certification and proven experience.
- Prefer ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Prefer Service Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Prefer ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM, ITBM, or ITOM
- Proven experience in ITSM and ITBM
- Knowledge of ITIL; Foundation level preferred
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, Web Services, etc.) and working in a SaaS environment.
- Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Excellent understanding of the Agile software testing process and lifecycle, from smoke test to integration to production deployment.
- Understanding of IT service management and common service level agreement measurements.
- Experience leading small development and/or test teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills and can effectively work in a team environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience gathering requirements then writing technical documents (both collaboratively and independently) and able to socialize and educate.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; able to communicate effectively with a diverse audience; comfortable working with C-level executives.
- Comfortable acting as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive solutions.
- Able to comprehend new concepts, ask pertinent questions, execute, and document ideas and concepts with minimal day-to-day direction.
- Able to stay on task and on schedule while adhering to non-flexible deadlines.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey technology and business value propositions.
- Must be able to pass a Public Trust background check.
- Must be a US citizen.

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
