• Developing user personas and crafting detailed user journeys
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Designing websites and applications with a strong focus on usability and accessibility
• Advocating for user-centered design improvements utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Sketch
  
  

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with web design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or Figma
• Extensive expertise in enhancing web accessibility and usability using tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD
• A proven track record of producing deliverables for front-end development, including wireframes and prototypes that adhere to user-centered design best practices
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles and production methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling clear presentation of ideas to diverse audiences

• A valid TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Salary Determination

The compensation for this role is influenced by various factors, including location, education, experience, and skill set. The anticipated salary range for this position is \(67,700 to \)154,000 per year.
