Join our well-established outpatient private practice located in Harrisonburg, VA, as a full-time Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 billable hours per week.
• Provide high-quality therapeutic services while adhering to established clinical and regulatory practices.

Required Skills

• Fully licensed in the state of Virginia as a LCP, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Willingness to work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Qualifications

• Possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
• Current licensure in the state of Virginia as a LCP, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is essential.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive compensation structure based on billable hours:
• 25 billed hours per week: $81,250
• 30 billed hours per week: $97,500
• 35 billed hours per week: \(113,750 (Doctoral-level psychologists may earn an additional \)5,000-$16,000 depending on insurance billing.)
• We cover the employer portion of social security and Medicare taxes, a benefit typically not provided to independent contractors.
