We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Junior HR Manager to lead the human resources function in our rapidly growing IT outsourcing company. As the company is planning to double in size, we need an HR professional who can not only handle routine HR tasks but also actively participate in driving the company’s growth, employee engagement, and performance.

What to do:

Draft and manage job offers, contracts, and other employment-related documents.

Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company processes and fully prepared for their roles.

Create and improve onboarding materials to enhance new employee satisfaction and early productivity.

Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to assess job satisfaction, address concerns, foster professional development, and identify further opportunities for the company.

Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to ensure high levels of productivity, and retention.

Establish and maintain performance review processes, ensuring timely feedback and measurable objectives for employees.

Work with team members to identify and address performance gaps, fostering a high-performance culture.

Manage offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.

Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.

Actively participate in scaling the HR function to meet the needs of a growing company, including improving retention, and enhancing overall team effectiveness.

Proactively identify HR needs, challenges, and opportunities to help the company achieve its business goals.

Be the driving force behind building and sustaining a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven company culture.

Develop and execute initiatives to boost employee morale, strengthen teamwork, and promote the company’s values.

You have:

Proven experience as an HR professional in a small company, preferably in the IT outsourcing or technology sector.

Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.

Experience in scaling HR operations in a growing company, with an ability to handle increasing complexity and workforce size.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with all levels of the organization.

Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in managing HR for companies with 40+ employees and a demonstrated ability to support rapid company growth.

Understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
