We are now looking for dynamic and entrepreneurial individuals to be part of the founding team in France! Team France will be a crack squad of specialists in product / sales / marketing / implementation / support working to build a deep understanding of our users and grow through product leadership in one of Europe's biggest ecommerce markets.

Our goal is to become the first choice solution for any ecommerce merchant or enterprise doing business in France.

Experience

  • min. 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector
  • very good knowledge of the BaseLinker product or similar SaaS or Marketplace back offices (Amazon, Cdiscount, Ebay, Rakuten, ManoMano, FNAC / Darty…)
  • accuracy, attention to detail and analytical skill
  • highly developed communication skills (inside and outside the organization)
  • very good knowledge of English (min. C1)
  • knowledge of a second foreign language is welcome (Spanish, Italian, French or German)

Tasks

  • 1st line of support for customers and users
  • taking care of customer satisfaction with the products, services and functions offered in our tool
  • diagnosis and solution of the problem reported by users
  • cooperation with technical teams to resolve the requests
  • development and updating of the knowledge base in the global Support department
  • testing new functionalities
  • participation in additional projects in line with strengths and skills
