We are currently looking for a GEN AI PROMPT ENGINEER  to join a 100% remote project.

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience as Gen AI Prompt Engineer.
• At least 4 years of experience as Data Scientist. 
• Advanced English level: C1 (the team will be international). 

• Design and Optimize Prompts: Develop and fine-tune prompts to ensure generative AI models deliver high-quality, accurate responses tailored to business and client needs. 
• Prompt Testing and Validation: Continuously test and validate prompts to improve AI performance, minimize ambiguity, and ensure consistent output across different queries. 
• Analyse Model Outputs: Analyze the responses generated by language models and iteratively refine prompts to improve overall accuracy and reduce errors. 
• Collaborate with AI Developers: Work closely with machine learning engineers and data scientists to ensure that prompt designs align with the underlying model architecture and business objectives. 
• Maintain Prompt Libraries: Create and manage a repository of prompt templates for different use cases, ensuring scalability and reusability across various applications. 
• Research and Experimentation: Stay up to date with advancements in NLP and AI to apply the latest techniques for improving prompt engineering and model performance. 7. Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data analysis and feedback loops to continuously optimize and adjust prompts for evolving needs and scenarios.
• A/B Testing and Performance Analysis: Conduct A/B testing on prompts to compare effectiveness and identify which structures yield the most reliable and accurate model outputs. 
• Domain-Specific Prompting: Customize prompts for specific domains (e.g., healthcare, finance, e-commerce) to enhance the model’s ability to understand and respond appropriately within specialized contexts. 
• Ensure Ethical and Responsible AI Use: Ensure prompts are designed to minimize bias, ensure fairness, and maintain ethical use of generative AI in alignment with organizational and societal standards. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to define prompt requirements based on user needs and business objectives. 
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for prompt structures, including use cases, expected outputs, and optimization techniques for future reference. 
• Identify Prompt-Related Challenges: Proactively identify areas where prompt design needs improvement or optimization and work on creating solutions for complex linguistic challenges. 
• Support Model Training: Assist in training AI models by designing training data prompts that improve model comprehension and contextual understanding. 
• User Experience (UX).
