Factory General Manager

GM ( Factory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Solid in manufacturing management, good execution, passion for working smart, logic, trained in well,
• Oversee all aspects of factory operations, including production planning, quality control, compliance, and safety.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Manage and motivate a team of supervisors, managers, and production workers.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum [5- 10] years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry, with at least [5] years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of success in managing large-scale production facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Proficiency in [relevant software applications, e.g., ERP systems, production planning tools].
• Fluent English
