  • Reconciling various accounts in QuickBooks, such as bank, credit card, and line of credit accounts.
  • Conducting audits of vendor and customer accounts to ensure precise accounts payable and receivable.
  • Providing detailed financial statements that assist in strategic business decision-making.
  • Collecting necessary documentation to guarantee transaction accuracy.
  • Supporting small businesses in realizing their financial aspirations through consistent assistance and timely reminders.

Required Skills

  • Proficient typing skills with a strong emphasis on detail.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and adept writing and editing capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • QuickBooks Online certification and experience managing multiple QuickBooks files for various clients.
