What You’ll Do
We are seeking an experienced senior product manager to join our seasoned product team. Your primary duty will be customer focus, interfacing with customers on a daily basis, soliciting their requirements and needs, and promoting Cipia’s offering and its integration. You will work closely with the product, sales, marketing, project and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. While product managers typically divide their time between customers and R&D, this specific role is focused more on the customer side.
Responsbilities:
Support presale activities – product and technology presentations, demos, and technical Q&A.
Address tenders, Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals/Quotes.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis, identifying trends, customer needs and the potential for competitive positioning.
Contribute to and influence go to market strategy – positioning, messaging and pricing.
Define, guide and review product documentation.
Provide customer training ensuring customers understand the product principles and are advised regarding the ideal implementation for their needs.
Monitor customer engagement from initiation through delivery building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Drive industry engagement (customers, prospects, suppliers and competitors) at industry events and conferences.
This role is based in Europe (remote position), with 40% travel to customers and to headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Requirements:
- 5 years or more of product management with customer-facing experience
- Experience working directly with automotive manufacturers and Tier 1s
- Technical degree or background
- Previous experience with vision-based driver & occupant monitoring systems is highly desirable.
- Fluent English and superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
