Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of substation projects, from conceptual design to energization.
  • Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, and execution plans to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, designers, and support personnel to foster collaboration and excellence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Remain at the forefront of power engineering practices, codes, and design tools through continuous learning and professional development.

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Over 10 years of experience in project engineering.
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated project management and leadership experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills.
  • A strong commitment to quality and precision.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • A PE license and PMP certification are advantageous.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing future engineering talent is a plus.
