Your responsibilities

Managing the bid and proposal teams across all European dry-transformer factories
Distributing workload, developing people, and developing and maintaining tools
Ensuring up-to-date technical acumen
Ensuring high accuracy and quality in the costing and scope of proposals
Training and managing direct reports
Identifying and leading improvements to current processes, templates, and costing sheets
Using CRM and BI tools (Salesforce/PowerBI) to ensure a clear pipeline overview and adherence to all processes and systems

Your background

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
More than 10 years of experience of similar role in Electrical Engineering or Power Industry
Experience across Electrical Industry within Utilities, Power T&D or Power Systems projects with demonstrable technical knowledge on substation automation systems or protection systems
Experience in after-sales services activities is a strong advantage
Conversant with MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint
Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across functions and positions and countries
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
