Create technical tenders for dry-type transformers plus inductors according to customer specifications.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing the bid and proposal teams across all European dry-transformer factories
  • Distributing workload, developing people, and developing and maintaining tools
  • Ensuring up-to-date technical acumen
  • Ensuring high accuracy and quality in the costing and scope of proposals
  • Training and managing direct reports
  • Identifying and leading improvements to current processes, templates, and costing sheets
  • Using CRM and BI tools (Salesforce/PowerBI) to ensure a clear pipeline overview and adherence to all processes and systems

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • More than 10 years of experience of similar role in Electrical Engineering or Power Industry
  • Experience across Electrical Industry within Utilities, Power T&D or Power Systems projects with demonstrable technical knowledge on substation automation systems or protection systems
  • Experience in after-sales services activities is a strong advantage
  • Conversant with MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint
  • Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across functions and positions and countries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
