Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective business clients to effectively introduce and advocate for our retirement plan offerings.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through comprehensive research, gaining insights into the specific needs and challenges faced by clients.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects to facilitate business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions within the CRM system.
  • Conduct prompt and professional follow-ups on leads and inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to devise strategic approaches for lead generation and conversion.
  • Provide detailed information and address inquiries regarding our retirement plan services to potential clients.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment-setting.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales position, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in establishing rapport and engaging decision-makers over the phone.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
