Job Title: Remote Pharmacist

Job Overview

We are actively seeking a committed and licensed Remote Pharmacist to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care across multiple hospitals, each accommodating a daily patient census ranging from 30 to 60. Your expertise will be pivotal in utilizing ACEIT and various medication management processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring adherence to each hospital’s policies and protocols. As a crucial member of our healthcare team, you will play an integral role in achieving positive clinical outcomes through thorough monitoring, evaluation, verification, and recommendations regarding the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure strict compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate pharmaceutical utilization and efficacy.
  • Provide expert recommendations for safe medication use.
  • Potentially supervise pharmacy staff as necessary.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Active license in good standing issued by the State Pharmacy Board for the relevant state.
