  • Project Leadership: Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Salesforce projects, managing all phases from requirements gathering to development and ongoing support.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on expertise in the development of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration. Mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities.
  • Architecture Documentation Governance: Supervise the creation, management, and maintenance of thorough architecture documentation. Implement a rigorous governance model to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with architectural standards across all projects. Regularly review and revise documentation to reflect architectural changes and offer guidance on best practices for documentation and adherence to governance policies.
