Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input billing and payment data within our systems.
• Proactively follow up with clients and insurance carriers to resolve inquiries.
• Ensure timely posting of payments.
• Assist clients in navigating their insurance claims, including private insurance as well as Medicaid and Medicare.
• Manage the completion and processing of all relevant insurance documentation.
• Guide patients through the billing and insurance processes, ensuring all necessary forms and signatures are acquired.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to obtain required billing information.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full cycle medical billing.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• 1-3 years of experience utilizing billing software such as AdvanceMD, EPIC, or Practice +.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare management or related fields is preferred.
• Proven expertise in medical billing processes and software.
