The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

Responsible for conducting Front-End & Back-End Development, Database Management, Quality assurance, Application/System Integration and Deployment.

Front-End & Back-End Development

Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JS frameworks e.g. React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of design mockups into functional web applications.
To design and implement server-side logic using Node.js, Python, or Java.
To ensure data security, integrity, and reliability through robust authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms.

Database Management

To design, optimize, and maintain relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
To write efficient SQL or NoSQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data as required by the application logic.
To implement database indexing, caching, and other performance optimization techniques.

Quality Assurance

To write and execute tests to maintain software reliability.
Conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards.

Continuous Integration & Deployment

To implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CI for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
To work closely with DevOps engineers to deploy applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Ideal Profile

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Must possess at least 6-7 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web applications and projects. (Working experience in MNC companies is valuable).
Must be proficient in front-end and back-end programming languages, frameworks, and libraries.
Solid understanding of software & web application development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaboration tools like Jira or Trello.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Able to work in a team and independently under minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills (global team). Preferably multilingual especially in Mandarin.
