Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm GST with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s growth, connecting with potential property owners and showcasing the company’s unique value proposition. You’ll leverage your communication skills to turn leads into valuable appointments, directly contributing to the company’s expansion in two of the most dynamic real estate markets in the Middle East. This role offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the booming short-term rental industry while honing your sales and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 5-7 targeted calls daily to high-potential leads
  • Deliver compelling presentations of our services, tailored to each property owner’s needs
  • Expertly field inquiries about short-term rentals, positioning our client as the go-to industry expert
  • Secure 1-3 quality appointments daily for the business development team
  • Utilize state-of-the-art VOIP technology for seamless communication
  • Maintain meticulous records of interactions and appointments in our advanced CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and targeting strategies
  • Potential for commissions based on performance
Requirements
