We have a hard-working, collaborative culture, but we also know how to have fun.

Responsibilities

  • Support the month-end close process and the day to day accounting processes of multiple entities across APAC;

  • Perform various general ledger reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. Proactively manage and ensure accounts are transparent and ‘clean’ by performing detailed analysis to clearly present balance sheet information in a logical manner. Including but not limited to the following key reconciliations:

    • Timely/weekly reconciliation of bank accounts and promptly following up with reconciliation items. Work with stakeholders to clear reconciling items in a timely manner, ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial information.

    • Preparation and review of Accounting, Tax, Legal and Fixed Asset reconciliations, including building key relationships with the Tax team, Legal and Office managers.

  • Support the Global Affiliate process. Ensuring any bounce back is investigated and adjusted in a timely manner for the next pay cycle.

  • Support the APAC accounts payable process on an ad hoc basis.

  • Support the Marketing process on an ad hoc basis.

  • Support Payroll balance sheet reconciliations

  • Assist management in reporting to key stakeholders, including detailed insights into operations and results.

  • Assistance with audit including coordination of information, document management and various auditor queries and analysis.

  • Ad-hoc involvement and support in finance projects and other reconciliations when needed.

Education, experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.

  • Preferably CA/CPA qualified.

  • 3+ years of experience in a finance team.
