Job description

The Company

iAgeHealth is an innovative solution developed by Clinicians in Aged Care, who recognised rural communities fail to have adequate access to multidisciplinary clinical care in a timely manner. Our platform has been designed to harness the latest technological advances and tools to improve access to such crucial health services for older Australians living in regional, rural and remote communities.

With diagnostic tools offering live data to clinicians, this role enables you to provide professional care advice from anywhere, at any time. Our Clinicians and Allied Health professionals work on rotating rosters to support a 24/7 service model. Due to the demand of iAgeHealth, our team is expanding and we are welcoming new professionals to be a part of the solution elderly residents need in our rural communities.

About The Role

We are seeking someone who is highly experienced in the area of wound care management and prevention to join our team. Reporting directly to iAgeHealth Manager, the Registered Nurse (Wound Care Consultant) will be a highly valued member of our virtual team! Being a subject matter expert, you will share your clinical skills and knowledge with the broader team, providing advice and guidance to ensure evidence-based practice is utilised, for both prevention and treatment of wounds. Upholding a person-centred care and best practice approach to your work, will ensure our residents, even those in the most remote areas of Australia, are still able to receive quality clinical care. Your ability to effectively coach, mentor and support others both in the iAgeHealth team and on the ground within facilities and the community, will see you thrive in this role.

This role is a Fulltime work from home position.
