Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles with high accuracy and speed. 
  • Proficiency in data entry software, databases, and spreadsheet applications. 
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and communicate effectively. 
  • Basic understanding of data security, confidentiality, and adaptability to new tools.

Core responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, verify, and review data, ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Organize, update, and maintain databases while ensuring data security and regular backups. 
  • Perform quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and follow QA processes to ensure data accuracy. 
  • Prepare documentation, generate reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders. 
  • Prioritize tasks, coordinate with team members, and manage workload to meet deadlines.
