About the role:

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with a strong focus on backend development, particularly using Node.js. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in developing scalable web applications, with a deep understanding of backend architecture, API integrations, and server-side technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues and optimize application performance.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest backend development trends and technologies.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
• Proficiency in backend technologies, particularly Node.js and Express.js.
• Solid understanding of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Experience with creating and managing RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (React.js) to work effectively with front-end developers.
• Familiarity with cloud services and serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Functions).
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: PKR 140,000 - PKR 170,000
