In the role of Ops Tech Support Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) Directorate. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) as well as ensuring adherence to the Federal Information Systems Control Audit Manual (FISCAM). This position involves facilitating the integration of the Business Analysis Tool (BAT) with CAST Imaging, thereby improving project management, system engineering, and software development capabilities for BES Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes to pinpoint challenges and formulate effective solutions, thereby improving operational efficiency.
• Conduct interviews and operational analyses, review reports, and evaluate databases to gather pertinent information and determine suitable analysis methods.
• Document and communicate findings and recommendations through detailed reports.
• Develop actionable solutions by defining system or process specifications, assessing alternatives, and utilizing statistical analysis and optimization techniques.
• Identify opportunities for workflow and system enhancements, providing insights to management and collaborating with operations teams for implementation.
• Collaborate with analytical teams on complex issues and assist employees in executing proposed changes.
• Prepare project estimates encompassing phases, personnel requirements, and associated costs.
• Provide systems support, document processes, conduct training sessions, and assess system effectiveness post-implementation.
• Uphold organizational standards, ensuring system integrity and security.
• Pursue ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, reviewing industry literature, and benchmarking best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
