2-3 years IT Help Desk experience, Bachelor's degree or IT certification preferred, Prior hospitality industry experience preferred, Proficiency in MS Windows and IT software, Spanish proficiency advantageous.Key responsabilities:
- Support users through HelpDesk Ticket system
- Identify, prioritize, and escalate issues
- Monitor and fix connectivity problems
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Maintain positive relationships with employees
