Compensation And Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour, with potential for rapid pay increases and promotional opportunities.
  • Remote Work: This is a home-based position following a two-week training orientation at our Gilbert training center.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some evenings, weekends, and holidays required, with holiday pay at time and a half.
  • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and retirement plans available to full-time employees upon eligibility.
