Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a range of mortgage collections inquiries, encompassing payment processing, establishing repayment plans, and negotiating solutions for delinquencies.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, with a strong emphasis on achieving first-call resolution.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate collection actions by communicating with account holders and co-signers.
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic, structured environment while meeting performance metrics that prioritize quality and productivity.
  • Advocate for our products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate to achieve individual, team, and departmental objectives related to service level agreements and client satisfaction.
  • Complete additional assigned tasks and projects as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while demonstrating sound ethical judgment in all business practices.
