Job description

Introduction:
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a temporary project manager who will work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain clinical development projects. Our client is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies based in Alameda, United States.

Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional project teams to create and manage project plans using Gantts/time charts. The role requires excellent communication skills as you'll be responsible for tracking progress against timelines while proactively identifying potential issues that may impact deliverables.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as medical affairs, regulatory affairs, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), research & development (R&D) team members.
- Develop comprehensive risk management plans tailored specifically towards each individual study/project assigned
- Track all aspects related primarily but not limited strictly on budgetary concerns; escalate discrepancies or oversights accordingly when needed
