Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead initiatives to identify and tackle vital needs that aid clients in enhancing health and human services outcomes.
  • Oversee project workstreams and teams on IT initiatives, ensuring solutions align with client business objectives.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and liaison, facilitating dialogue between clients and internal stakeholders to convert requirements into actionable results.
  • Effectively assign tasks and mentor project team members in planning, design, and optimization of intricate business processes.
  • Refine workflows among clients and technical teams to document and supervise the execution of system prerequisites.
  • Ensure quality control by validating test outcomes to confirm compliance with all requirements.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of nine years of experience as a business analyst or requirements translator, with a preference for at least three years in Medicaid and Medicare.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as macros and relational database software.
  • Exceptional ability to convey technical requirements to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven experience in business process re-engineering and a strong curiosity for complex problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal capabilities to engage and influence both clients and team members.
  • A compassionate leader who inspires and mentors junior team members.
