Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and cultivate a diverse team, fostering engagement and accountability.
• Mentor team members to enhance their understanding of customer needs and strengthen client relationships.

• Identify and promote opportunities for simplifying banking processes for customers.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
