Job description

 

As a Scrum Master you will have the responsibility for coaching and facilitating the work of Agile teams. You will create stable and self-organized teams with a clear and engaging direction and help resolve impediments. You will assess the teams' needs and provide a suitable Agile approach in addition to providing Agile consultation services to the customer or management upon request.

 

What you do

Create and lead project plans and timelines to ensure that important program milestones are met in a timely and accurate fashion by facilitating partnerships across the team. Manage the deliverables and communicate at all levels to illuminate opportunities and risks. Foster the agile mindset and guides the team to apply Agile principles to their work.

  • Remove multiple impediments to protect the team's progress.
  • Coach the team in cross functionality and Agile methodologies.
  • Create an open-minded working environment and inspiration of the team to improve cooperation and
  • collaboration.
  • Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed.
  • Consult the Product Owner in arranging the Product Backlog to maximize value.
  • Lead the respective teams in its Scrum adoption.
  • Always find ways to improve workflow and efficiencies, maximizing the team’s effectiveness.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.

 

What you bring

  • Agile mindset and different Agile tools, methods, and knowledge.
  • Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant work experience in Agile practices and roles, transformation, change management and consultancy business.
  • Experience in change management and different Agile and Lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Miro
  • Strong coordination skills and willingness to take on responsibilities.  
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing projects and solving problems.
