Job description

A well known specialist in Electrical compliance services is looking to hire an experienced Business Developer in the form of a Facilities Management Sales Manager, asap to join the growing team.

This business are based in the East Midlands area with a national presence, and a strong history of operating in hard FM niche services for over a decade. Their parent company is a large FM business that boasts year on year growth in revenues/profit and headcount. You would be joining a business with robust plans to scale and strong USP’s underpinning quality work in compliance.

Your remit will be to win clients’ hearts and minds and expand the footprint with targeted activity around new client acquisition alongside a good method of retaining and developing key existing core clients. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrable track record in any area of FM sales – be it hard or soft, and will be capable of evidencing where you have added value in client growth.

You will be rewarded with an industry leading bonus scheme/financial rewards package and will benefit from selling essential services into key UK markets with large corporate group customers alongside local smaller spot business. You will also be highly visible in a growing larger business so can make a name for yourself and harness bigger and better opportunities over time.

You will be located anywhere in the UK as you will have autonomy to plan your own diary for any face to face meetings, and can carry out a large degree of Sales activity via teams.

Salary range 45-55k ( depending on experience) plus car package, plus uncapped OTE to circa 100k with year 2/3. Apply asap!!
