The Associate Director of MSO Operations supports the Las Vegas market. The Associate Director of MSO Operations will work along with a team of Provider Engagement Specialist and clinical partners, will deploy necessary education, services, and tools to support local affiliate providers in providing higher quality and reduce unnecessary cost of care. The success of the Associate Director will be measured by meeting the quality and cost goals of the MSO, as well as maintain high level of practice satisfaction and effective management of local field teams.

The Associate Director of MSO operations is a relationship manager and leader in the market who ensures practices are hitting quality and savings targets. The Associate Director will work with local clinical leaders and market presidents to ensure strategic goals are set and implemented through provider engagement specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on direction from the National President of MSO Operations, Clinical dyad partners, and/or Market Presidents, and internal team members as necessary to achieve practice value-based care goals.
  • A strong leader to guide Provider Engagement Specialists in individual initiative planning efforts, tailored for each practice.
  • Cultivate in-depth relationships with practices and regional partners, including regular status calls and in-person meetings, to set strategic priorities, report results, monitor utilization and costs, and identify opportunities for growth and savings.
  • Manage the onboarding process of new practices and plan for onboarding success.
  • Partner with MSO growth leadership to support local expansion of the affiliate network with a strong service offering to all customer segments.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with practices to educate practice staff, build MSO buy-in, identify and resolve barriers, monitor progress, and gather practice satisfaction, feedback, and lessons learned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 or more years of healthcare or managed care with Provider Contracting, Network Management or Provider Relations experience.
  • 2 or more years of demonstrated management experience and partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to travel as needed within Las Vegas, NV and surrounding areas.
  • Proven planning, preparation and presenting skills, with established knowledge of reimbursement and bonus methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree
  • 2 or more years of Value Based Care experience.
  • 2 or more years of Practice Transformation or Change Management experience.
  • 2 or more years of Performance Management in healthcare experience.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial trends for health care costs, administrative expenses and quality/bonus performance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare policies, processes and procedures.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$102,200 - $140,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
