Job description

BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified professional for the role of Appointment Setter. This position involves making outbound calls, sending emails, and using various digital platforms to engage with prospects and offer staffing and recruitment services. The ideal candidate is organized, persuasive, and has a strong command of English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery to clients.
  • Utilize HubSpot, Google Sheets, and other tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone presence with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use and learn various digital communication tools (email, social media, etc.).
  • Experience using Google Sheets, Microsoft tools
  • Familiar using CRMs
  • +1 year of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated desire to build a career in sales and aspire to leadership roles.
  • Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
