Who We Are Looking For?

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach with a passion for client engagement to join SPACE44. In this pivotal role, you will mentor remote teams, facilitate Agile practices, and drive continuous improvement. Your focus will include setting up new teams, refining existing Agile processes, and ensuring high client satisfaction. If you have extensive experience in Agile coaching and a knack for creating educational content, you might be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Coaching: Mentor remote teams on Agile methodologies, facilitate key ceremonies, and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
  • Team Setup: Set up new teams and refine unstructured development processes, including backlog slicing and integrating multiple team members into existing workflows.
  • Workflow Improvement: Use workflow mapping tools to enhance team efficiency and productivity. Ensure proper workflows, structured epics, and user stories are in place to support Agile processes.
  • Client Engagement & Pre-sales Support: Build strong client relationships, serve as the primary Agile contact, identify improvement opportunities, handle escalations, and support pre-sales initiatives. Provide technical expertise to scope technical needs and roles for client projects.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support for Agile practices and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and addressing challenges.
  • Playbook Development: Develop and regularly update Agile playbooks, create training materials, and conduct workshops to elevate team skills.
  • Webinar Hosting: Host and develop engaging content for webinars, sharing knowledge on Agile methodologies. Act as a subject matter expert.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in Agile coaching with a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean frameworks.
  • Strong technical background and problem-solving abilities, capable of scoping technical needs and roles.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience in hosting webinars and creating educational content.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management and the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Agile-related tools and project management software.
