Description

The Affiliate Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving growth for our two dynamic businesses in the precious metals and cryptocurrency markets. This position offers the opportunity to shape and scale affiliate programs, collaborating with influencers, bloggers, and review sites to expand our reach and increase sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for the affiliate program, aligning it with broader marketing goals and ROI targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics (e.g., ROI, sales growth, and customer acquisition) by tracking results for offers, campaigns, and individual affiliates.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliates, targeting bloggers, influencers, podcasters, and review websites that align with the company's audience.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring they have the necessary tools, support, and knowledge to succeed.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with current affiliates through ongoing communication (both direct and broadcast), nurturing their growth and engagement.
  • Launch promotions and campaigns to incentivize affiliates, increasing activity and boosting affiliate sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team (designers, content creators, and managers) to request and develop creative assets for affiliate use.
  • Ensure program compliance, making sure affiliates adhere to company policies, guidelines, and terms.
  • Oversee invoicing and payments, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for affiliates.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as TUNE/HasOffers is strongly preferred; familiarity with payment platforms like Tipalti is a plus.
  • Proven track record in affiliate program management, with experience recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with diverse affiliates (e.g., bloggers, influencers, podcasters, and review websites).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of individuals, including marketing, sales, and external partners.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to track and optimize affiliate performance metrics (ROI, sales growth).
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter, able to take initiative and work independently while keeping broader strategic goals in mind.
  • Adaptable and flexible in response to changing business needs, with a demonstrated ability to complete tasks under pressure.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a desire for ongoing professional development and learning within the affiliate marketing space.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., TUNE/HasOffers) and payment systems (e.g., Tipalti) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics or other performance-tracking tools to analyze and report on affiliate performance metrics.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis) for managing and analyzing affiliate data.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) to manage communications with affiliates.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML for managing affiliate links or banners.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) to coordinate tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Competency in using collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom) for cross-team communication.
