Affiliate Manager - Remote

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Affiliate Manager. In this role, you will take the lead in launching an affiliate program, identifying key affiliates, and managing affiliate partnerships. Key areas of responsibility:

• Spearhead and execute a comprehensive strategy for launching and growing the affiliate program
• Create clear program guidelines, commission structures, and promotional materials
• Identify, recruit, and onboard potential affiliates, including influencers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates to maximise engagement and performance
• Analyse data on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, and ROI and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of the program, making adjustments as necessary
• Monitor affiliates for adherence to company guidelines 
• Prepare and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations
• Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of affiliate campaigns with overall marketing strategies
• Leverage your network of affiliates as well as recruit new ones
• Identify influencer opportunities and recruit, onboard and develop influencer partnerships

Requirements:

• 4+ years minimum proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry
• Experience in social gaming a plus
• Strong understanding of the gaming market, trends, and the affiliate ecosystem
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking software and performance analysis tools
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies
• Understanding of player acquisition strategies and retention
• Ability to build, maintain, and nurture relationships with affiliates
• Strong ability to negotiate and secure favourable deals with partners
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field a plus
