Job Description

The Data Analyst is responsible for complex data collection and analysis, and creation of more complex tools and automation of existing ones. The Data Analyst is moreover developing more comprehensive processes and reports and performs validation and testing of various models to ensure adequate outcomes. The Data Analyst collaborates with various business partners up to the executive level regarding project requests, prioritization, and delivery.

Your Responsibilities

Implement specific requirements to deliver required report/process
Manage existing reporting and create ad hoc reports when required
Develop and manage analysis on process performance and key measures supported by automated metrics deliverable to an executive level
Perform analysis on existing and new data sets
Perform data gathering and data investigation
Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy
Reformulate models if needed
Ensure timely development and distribution of established periodic reports
Maintain the communication with the customer, internal teams, and third parties on a daily basis Identify and highlight issues for management to review
Provide performance reporting and analysis such as, but not limited to, monitoring and interpreting performance trends, identifying limiting factors within process, evaluating metrics and other information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, performing gap analysis, decomposing detailed information into assessment of performance, providing forecast views based on historical performance and similar analytical services
Provide feedback on the use of tools, processes, & procedures and identify improvement opportunities within established processes and reporting
Collaborate with various business partners on project requests, prioritization, and delivery
Able to communicate clearly up to executive level
Provide project reporting to the involved customer, internal teams and Project Manager
Provide (sub-project) reporting if need be
Ensure deliverables are within customer’s requirement as specified in Statement of Work
Participate on Natek-related events, presenting the company or dedicated accounts

Our Requirements

Data analysis experience and understanding data models is a must Advanced excel knowledge SQL experienced (primary requirement)
Database management experienced PBI experienced (secondary, primary is SQL, PBI basics with willingness to upskill is sufficient)
Fluent English
