What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Account Executive to generate new business and manage client relationships. This role demands a proactive and strategic approach, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs. Your role will focus on engaging prospects through strategic outreach, fostering connections, and using innovative thinking to drive market penetration and capture.


Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify potential new clients and develop a business development strategy to attract and acquire new accounts.
  • Sales Execution: Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales, and continue to win new business from existing clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at client companies to secure business continuity and future sales opportunities.
  • Custom Solutions: Understand the unique challenges and demands of clients and develop tailored solutions that align with their goals.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms with clients and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that client needs are met with precision, leading to high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends and industry dynamics to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting: Provide regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role in client management.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled at delivering impactful presentations.
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
