POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Executive position is the most vital role in the business. This position is the revenue maker for the company and a large component of our relationship with our clients. As an Account Executive, you must be competitive, proactive, and driven to succeed in this role. You will conduct sales calls with potential clients and recommend NURP products based on their individual needs or goals. The Account Executive will work closely with the sales development representative (setters) team, the sales manager, and our member success team.


This is a 1099 contractor position without benefits or a retainer. Your earnings will be commission-based ONLY, giving you the freedom and motivation to control your financial success. With performance-driven compensation, sales calls are scheduled between 11 am and 7 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Conduct sales calls using established SOP scripts, tailoring recommendations based on the specific needs of each client.
  • Sell NURP products by clearly explaining their benefits and uses, ensuring clients understand how they align with their goals.
  • Issue contracts and process payments accurately, all while managing administrative tasks like recording sales and ensuring customer data is up-to-date.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both past and potential clients, ensuring ongoing engagement.
  • Actively seek new clients by leveraging networking opportunities, CRM databases, and the company’s social platforms.
  • Use data to provide clients with insights into how NURP’s products can help them achieve their financial objectives.
  • Ensure professionalism in all client interactions, from maintaining the correct camera positioning and lighting during Zoom calls to adhering to the company’s dress code (business formal, business casual, or branded clothing).
  • Availability for calls between 11 am and 7 pm EST, Monday to Friday is essential, as is participating in four department meetings per week, starting at 11 am, along with a weekly one-on-one meeting with the sales manager.
  • Given the 60 to 90-day ramp-up period, you’ll have time to get fully up to speed, but keep in mind that your income will be directly tied to your sales performance. Those who meet expectations can earn around $270,000 per annum, while top performers, who exceed KPIs, have the potential to earn uncapped commissions.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

  • Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies, and sales methods
  • Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address clients' needs and concerns
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet performance targets, including the ability to achieve key KPIs such as a 30% close rate and $2,000 in cash per booked call.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum (3) years of high-ticket sales closing experience (required)
  • Minimum (2) years of developing leads and researching potential clients (required)
  • Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles (Preferred)
