Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The main role of the BDM will be to generate revenue for HCPA by selling NDIS licensing, registration and support with a secondary purpose of assisting the delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of the customer, with a target of multiple annual purchases. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Build strong rapport with clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Transition all clients into retained clients with a focus on achieving annual purchase targets.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and support sales efforts.

What We Look For:

  • Minimum 5 years in business development or sales, with a preference for NDIS or Aged Care experience.
  • Experience in a Consultancy business preferred.
  • Experienced in both B2B and B2C sales.
  • Proven skills in client relationship management and business opportunity identification.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • MBA or business related qualification highly regarded.
