About The Role

We are seeking a tech-savvy Recruitment and Sales Coordinator to support the Talent Lead and drive business growth through the implementation of sales automation and recruitment technology.

In this role, you will focus on setting up and managing sales automation workflows using CRM tools (such as HubSpot) to efficiently track, engage, and convert client leads, while also supporting recruitment operations.

Your ability to develop and streamline sales and recruitment processes will ensure Bloom HRs growth, and your content creation skills will help communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
