This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 3PM to 7PM Terrigal NSW
  • PERFORMANCE-BASED INCENTIVES WILL BE INCLUDED

Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you’ll spearhead client acquisition and relationship management for this dynamic sports photography venture. You’ll navigate the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and fostering long-term partnerships with sports clubs. Your role is crucial in expanding the business’s reach and ensuring smooth operations during photo shoots. Working primarily during after-school hours, you’ll engage with volunteer-run clubs, coordinate schedules, and maintain detailed records using HubSpot CRM. This position offers a unique blend of sales expertise, customer service, and involvement in the youth sports community.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to rebooking, focusing on junior amateur sports clubs
  • Conduct outbound calls and manage client relationships during peak hours (3:30 PM to 7:00 PM)
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track sales progress and maintain comprehensive client information
  • Schedule photo shoots and liaise with clubs to gather necessary details for successful events
  • Provide empathetic, patient customer service to volunteer-run organizations
  • Collaborate on implementing efficient sales and communication systems
  • Contribute to business expansion strategies, including growth into new seasons and sports
Requirements
  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management tools
  • Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and patience
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during non-standard hours
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of photography or the sports industry is advantageous
