Job description

Front End Developer

Building reusable frontend components with design systems

Essential

  • 5+ years in front-end web development (React experience is must).
  • Experience with Agile and Lean software development practices, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, TDD approach, and DevOps
  • Advance level in ReactJS, also experience using JavaScript frameworks such as, Angular or VueJS are good to have.
  • Experience in building reusable frontend components and experience with design systems (with practical experience with storybook, and Material UI) .
  • Expert knowledge of core technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript
  • An understanding of CSS techniques (CSS in JS, styled components, CSS modules etc)
  • Experience in Integration with RESTful API & API Contract design
  • Experience with automated testing best practice, automated testing tools and Unit testing libraries (Jest and cypress)
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or equivalent field

Desirable

  • Experience in working in a distributed team
  • Exposure to Bootstrap, jQuery, Kendo UI library or similar JavaScript libraries
  • Good to have, exposure to React-Native
  • Familiar with PWA, asset loading/caching, cookies, headers
  • Knowledge in Design System
  • Knowledge in Figma
  • Knowledge in Bundlers vite v4+, rollup, webpac
  • Knowledge in Transpilers (Babel, Swc)
  • Experience working with UI/UX & Designers
  • Experience in GitHub Pipelines
  • Knowledge in Contenarization using Docker
  • Experience in ementoring Junior & Mid Level Devs
  • Experience in E2E Testing
  • Experience writing Documentation
