Your Role:

As An Accounts Receivable Specialist, You Will

  • The role is focused on the accounts receivable functions: customer account and subscription creation, reconciliations of the customer accounts, customer inquiries, customer outreach regarding past due balances, work with internal teams (sales/CS) to resolve customer inquiries etc.
  • Review and accurately create contracts in the billing system
  • Continuously strive for timely collections and a healthy AR balance
  • Assist with payments application, collections, cancellations, credit/refund requests
  • Assist with accounts receivable reporting, reconciliations, and analysis
  • Partner with Support and Sales teams to resolve internal and external inquiries
  • Assist with accounting month end close process (journal entries, reconciliations, etc.)
  • Help develop process documentation as required
  • Additional ad-hoc AR/billing tasks as assigned.

What You Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Amenable to work Night Shift
