Your Role:

Work closely with Graphics Design team to schedule graphic requests for the client.
Liaison between the graphics department and all internal departments and external vendors regarding the status of the project, assets, deadlines and technical specs.
Monitor, track and execute delivery of graphic elements (assets, finished graphics and reference material) to the production team or external vendors from start to completion of every requests.
Assist in developing, operating and maintaining graphics database when in place (graphic requests, graphic logs etc.) in addition to evaluating database for ways to improve and streamline the process.
Assist in producing design solutions (e.g., brochures, banners, flyers, and ads.)
Create and manage project production schedules.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia/Fine Arts, Design, Marketing or any other related fields.
At least 2 years of experience as a Graphics Design Coordinator with strong understanding of design and development process from inception through production.
With familiarity in different design techniques
Preferably with experience in using Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator workflow for print projects.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications specifically Powerpoint.
Preferably with photography or photo editing skills.
Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organization and planning skills, collaboration and partnering skills.
Ability to collaborate with different team members to launch projects.
Amenable to Work on Night Shift.
Amenable to Work From Home Set-Up.
