Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the process of gathering, cataloging, and sharing information within our internal project management program according to the Success Framework. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers as well as our Delivery, Consulting & Advisory, and Go-to-Market organizations to ensure data quality and to highlight our success stories.


Tasks:

Data Quality Monitoring:

  • Oversee the quality of data entered into the internal project management system by Project Managers as well as our Delivery, Consulting & Advisory, and Go-to-Market.
  • Ensure that all information aligns with the Success Framework standards.
  • Provide feedback and support to team members to improve data entry practices.

Support and Challenge:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers (PM), Account Delivery Managers (ADM), Consulting & Advisory, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to refine and enhance success stories and other outputs of the system.
  • Ensure success stories clearly demonstrate our competencies and the customer benefits of the implemented solutions.

Success Stories Management:

  • Catalogue and maintain a repository of success stories.
  • Share success stories with interested parties within the organization to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.

Knowledge Management Initiatives:

  • Support and contribute to other Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of KM strategies and tools.


Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (Ideally 1-2 years) in knowledge management, data quality monitoring, or a related role.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Understanding of business processes: knowing how businesses work (business challenges, goals, stakeholders’ motivation, business value).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, international teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Great command of Microsoft 365 (especially PPT, Word, Excel, and SharePoint). Curiosity and willingness to find smarter ways of doing things.
  • Fluency in English – spoken and written.

  • Experience in implementing Knowledge Management tools with high user adoption rates.
  • Experience in leveraging Generative AI tools for KM purposes.
  • Interest in AI co-pilots for effective Knowledge Management
