As part of our Engineering Team, the Technical Lead/Architect will play a crucial role in designing and guiding the development of our cutting-edge applications. This position involves providing architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our development teams, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and business objectives. The Technical Lead/Architect will leverage their extensive experience with OnBase to optimize our document management systems and enhance workflow efficiency. As a Technical Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for:

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Creating architectural designs and guiding the development of software components to enhance present and future applications

Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and architectural standards are met

Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a diverse and multicultural environment to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Working with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural blueprints

Extending the functionality of our existing OnBase applications and creating new features to enhance user experience and meet evolving business needs

Education, Skills And Experience

 MUST HAVE:

Extensive knowledge of the .NET technology stack in C#

Commercial experience with OnBase development and/or workflows

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field, or equivalent professional work experience

Strong understanding of analysis, design, and implementation in an object-oriented environment, specifically SOLID principles and Design Patterns

Proven experience in Agile development within a SCRUM environment

Excellent team player with strong leadership abilities

Fluency in English (oral and written) with excellent all-around communication skills

Would Be a Plus

OnBase certification (not required but is a plus)
